     "The Superga Basilica is located 500 meters from our trattoria. You can reach it on foot or by car."

    "You can find parking near Trattoria Superga, just a short walk from the restaurant. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can park for free in the parking lot of the Superga Basilica, which is located 500 meters from us."

  • "What is the Merenda Sinoira?"

    "The Merenda Sinoira is a typical Piedmontese tradition. It is a "snack" meal that can be enjoyed in the morning before lunch or in the afternoon between lunch and dinner.


    Here at Trattoria Superga, the Merenda Sinoira is served with the "Cestino in Conserva" (Preserved Basket). It consists of a selection of 8 Piedmontese appetizers served in "burnie," which are the typical jars used for preserves.


    In the Cestino in Conserva, you will find seasonal Piedmontese appetizers and traditional classics such as Anchovies with green sauce, Tomini cheese in the Piedmontese style, Russian Salad, Caramelized Onions, Grilled Peppers, and Vinegar-dressed Cabbage Salad.


    Our Cestino in Conserva can be ordered during lunch or dinner as well and it is an excellent appetizer to share with friends and family."
