The "Beyond Borders" Project aims to create career opportunities in the food industry for political refugees residing in Italy, providing them with a professional training program for a future in the restaurant sector.

The Project represents a concrete response to the integration challenges that political refugees often face in Italian society.

In collaboration with "Il Cedro," a reception center for asylum seekers in Turin, the project was promoted by chef Nico Brizzi, founder of the Restaurant University, creator of Conserva.shop, and owner of Trattoria Superga.

Partnership

"Il Cedro" plays a fundamental role in selecting participants for the "Beyond Borders" project, offering first reception services and assistance to political refugees.

The collaboration with this reception center allows the project to reach a selected audience of participants who are ready to acquire the necessary skills to work in the restaurant industry.

"Il Cedro" also serves as a mentor for the resources involved in the project, acting as a guarantor for the companies and institutions involved.

The collaboration with the Questura (police headquarters) adds value to the project. It ensures compliance with immigration laws and regulations and helps develop a network of contacts and collaborations with other organizations active in refugee assistance and immigration.

Moreover, the collaboration with "Il Cedro" and the Questura allows for the identification of project participants among political refugees in Italy, ensuring the selection of a motivated audience ready to acquire the skills necessary to work in the restaurant industry.
